Cousin Kerry visited Claudia from Boston today. Cousin Elizabeth came all the way from Boston but was too sick to come over. Next time! Little kids and sick people stay away for these first few months as we get Claudia stronger. Doctors orders.

Claudia is lifting her head up when she lays on my chest to give me a good look. That surprised me last night. If we are sitting in a chair she will give a good kick off our legs and almost send herself into orbit. We have to hold on tight now! She's starting to reach out to touch our faces, and she can grab real tight.

She isnt reading quite yet, but the Barrigas gave us nice wooden letters to spell her name and we hope to have her practice with that. We've been reading to her each night and we are about to watch her weekly allowed TV show, This Old House.
